Refund Policy

At Royal Straps, we want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@royalstraps.us with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Items that are worn, damaged, or not in original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
- Sale items, pre-sale items, and limited-edition items may be final sale unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
